I had huge concerns from being a visitor in a new place and also being scammed before, but this was actually one of the best shops I’ve been to."

"Cheapest front end alignment in the area (Decatur and Oakley). 'Special K', I believe her name was Karen, a New York lady was the only one working at the time. Get there early. She buzzed around the shop making coffee and restocking the lollipops. Never complained or made excuses. Got me in and out before manager's estimated time. She was knowledgeable, informative, thorough, sharp minded, personable, empathetic, and obviously a hard worker. Thank you Miss New York."

"Best location to bring your vehicle for a timely fix... I rent through Hertz to drive Lyft. Going to Pep Boys in the past has been a nightmare(Minimum 5hours every time), so I have dreaded when the engine light came on. I decided to start bringing the cars here and Alvin handles everything so well! The light came on and I wanted to get it figured out before I start driving for the week. They diagnosed the problem, called for Hertz approval, and ordered the part needed. It was delivered within 30 minutes, and installed asap! I am happy they got me back on the road in less than 2 hours. They have a clean waiting room, and bathroom. Plus their AC works! So, you're not miserable while you wait. Unlike Pep Boys. Thanks again to Alvin and his team for caring. I feel safer knowing everything is good with the vehicle! (For context the issue was an airflow sensor.
