"My Subaru was leaking oil on my way down to Vegas for a vacation and was leaking all over my engine bay and becoming a hazard. I was able to limp into town but couldn't figure out where the oil was leaking from. I found Meineke on Google and they were open a bit later than other shops so called ahead to see if they could take a look and they got me in right away at 4pm. They took a look, figured out the problem (broken oil pressure switch) right away, gave me the part number to grab the part down the road from O'Reillys since he didn't have it in stock, and got to work on it right away when I got back a few minutes later. They worked hard and got it replaced and fixed and cleaning out my engine bay so I didn't have any chances of oil burning up, and even stayed past their closing time to finish getting it cleaned up and get me on my way. Appreciate their help and honesty and having me feel confident about tackling my 16hr drive back home."

The manager is friendly, knowledgeable, remembers names, and makes each customer feel special, especially when they have owned their vehicle for an extended amount of time.
