"My car battery was completely dead and the car wouldn't start after a couple of attempts to jump start it. So I had it towed to Meineke on So. Ft. Apache in Las Vegas late in the afternoon. We pushed it inside the enclosed repair area where it rested overnight. Next morning Greg called me indicating that I needed a new battery and not a starter or alternator as I feared might be the case. He ordered one and contacted me in the afternoon that the car was good to go. Very pleased with the personal service and results of the repair work. Although the battery was a bit cheaper than the one at Auto Zone, where they would install it for free, it turned out to be more when $40 for labor (installation) was applied. The personal service and professionalism of the employees was excellent as was the installation and ancillary and very helpful information provided by the technician, Greg. I will probably use them for future auto repair needs. Am pleased that they diagnosed and took care of my problem without trying to upsell me parts and repairs that were not needed."

"Unfortunately the second time putting my catalytic converter 2 yrs ago in this location and the engine light came out again and I took it back and it read catalytic converter code again and it's been almost 3 years and meineke has yet to fix my car I thought Rob would be able to fix it but they didn't and it's been years and every time I take it for something they brake something else and never actually fixed anything they've left me broke and carless and to think I drove almost 30 min thinking they were going to solve this issue here at Cheyenne so might as well take it to the nellis and bonanza location because that way the bus ride is closer when they keep my car to not actually fixing anything .also all the parts that I buy and replace with meineke only last about a year .I got shocks and struts and exactly a year later they started leaking . Sad to say I'm a customer of 10+ years and this last 3-4 years nothing has been quality or getting fixed . Rob use to be the man to go to now I'm just getting ripped off at nellis"

They didn’t try to upswell or cut corners they were very honest and straight forward. Best part they knew how to do the job right and get it done in a timely manner love that!!!!!! "I appreciated the accommodation as a walk-in customer for oil change. I was a little disappointed that they marked on my receipt that I need my engine air filter changed and that I declined the service. Nobody made me aware or asked if I want it done the same day. It would’ve been nice. But overall the mechanic did a great job."
