"Jim did the floors of my entire downstairs living space. He removed the old carpet and tiles and installed heated floors in all rooms. I wanted a certain pattern that wasn’t easy and he did a fantastic job blending in two completely different tile styles (images are attached). Overall I’m super happy with the outcome and can’t believe Jim did all of this in only 2.5 weeks!"

"Jim and Bill were Johnny on the spot when it came to my bathroom shower remodel. Where do I start-1st, their work on demoing and replacement was by far so amazing! They both did an awesome job and I couldn't ask for a better shower remodel. I say this because I had an old 1970's shower where the tile was cracking and water was leaking under the tile and because of this I needed something new. Bill came over and demoed and before you know it they were here and tiling. The shower was so old and if you want an honest guy to be up front Jim is your man. He told me the truth about my old plumbing and instead of trying to get me some job just for money he told me the truth about the plumbing and before you know it we had the plumber out and we fixed what needed. Yes, it seems like extra work, but the truth is none of knows what is going to happen when you dig into a 50 year old house. I like an honest guy even if things come up we have to fix. You want someone to do it right not someone to hurry up. 2nd, the communication as life happened in both their lives. What I mean is that, is Jim and Bill were in constant communication with me and did not leave me hanging for two to three days when things came up. Even when it came to the plumber I told the plumber to call Jim and Jim was cool to explain it better than me. Lastly, I want to dedicate a little section to his partner Bill. Not only did this man exhibit extreme patience with us, my wife, at the last minute wanted some shelves when the tile was half way complete and Bill looked at what she wanted and delivered without hesitation and they are amazing and so worth the small extra charge. With that being said, if you want the job done right and not quick I highly recommend them."

"Jim Failor installed a seat in our shower that was falling about and leaking. He is a Master Craftsman when it comes to installing tile. He did a beautiful job!! He was always on time, he always kept me up to date on everything he was going to do. His work is flawless. And the quality of his work the best I've seen,!! My shower seat now is better then when we first moved in. I was really expressed on how he left our bathroom after he finished the job. It really was immaculate I expected my floor and everything around my shower to be dirty from installing tile to my surprise he left my bathroom a little bit cleaner then he found it!! in the last year we've had at least 2 plumbers, couple of tile guys and electricians come to our home to fix things or install things. No body was ever on time, never kept me in the loop, left my home a mess. Jim was so professional from start to finish. I would hire him again and again. I have an indoor cat I never let her outside, Jim picked up on that and he always made sure when he was going in and out that my cat didn't get out. Jim Failor is professional and his work is of high quality. You can't go wrong if you hire him to do a job.. I'm so happy he was hired for the job!!"
