Based on her caring approach toward me and genuine appearance to really making sure my needs are taken care of sets her aside from how most interactions I have experienced. Having day to day interactions with her from in person conversations to even email as a communication email makes my day that much better and that much less stressful and the effect it takes on me is one of the reasons I make it a point to deal with this company. My relationships with others at the company are very minimal even with my sales associate who seems like I do not matter much, but she makes up for it.
