"The guy who answered the phone is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I asked if he could help me fix my car but kept saying he couldn't hear me because he was next to a loud machine and he wasn't willing to move into the office to hear me better...seriously??? He asked me to speak loudly and I did MANY TIMES, but I guess his machine was that loud SMH. Finally I got sick and tired of this and hung up. Definitely don't recommend them!"

"Hi-Tech installed heavy-duty shocks purchased elsewhere in early Nov. 2021. The lower bolt on a rear shock came loose and fell off somewhere just before Christmas, dragging the shock on the road. A friend replaced the nut and bolt - with locktight on the bolt this time. Jan. 3 the second rear shock came loose, losing the very long top bolt somewhere along the road. I am stuck in Yuma seeking this very rare extra-long bolt, so far unsuccessfully. Would not recommend this shop for shocks."
