"In 2015 I crashed my car in the desert. This company "The Tow Truck Company" "Indian Springs Towing" 1990 E farm Road, picked the car up. When I finally came to recover my car, someone had already taken multiple parts off my car. Parts don't unbolt themselves in an accident. Someone stole my parts at this tow yard in 2015."

"Like a Doctor that has good bedside manner Joe has amazing roadside manner! When I was stuck in the sand at Death Valley NP, he helped me deal with frustrating back and fourth interactions with AAA while putting my mind at ease with the whole situation. Catie was also very professional and a joy to talk to on the way to the car. She wrenched out my rental car and we later found out my AAA did not cover wrench outs. I had no clue. Joe covered the cost and told me to have a good trip. If you are stuck in Death Valley NP. Dont call AAA just call them directly. Amazing company!"
