"Jeremy from the Hawthorne location is amazing! What a workhorse. Give this guy a raise! My Good Sam Club dispatched him to 20 Mile Beach at Walker Lake. My RV was stuck in sand/dirt, perpendicular to the road after trying to make a 7 point turn to get out. I dug for hours, only making it worse and was buried up to my hubs. Jeremy had to drag that heavy shackle and cable about 100 feet to hook me up. He was very cautious, winching me sideways a little at a time to straighten me out. He was friendly yet professional.
