"If I could give them 10 stars I would. Had the alternator go out while driving to California with my daughter. We wete sent here by a person in the town 35 miles from Lovelock, we made here 5 minutes before they closed. My daughter went inside and spoke with Nina in the office. She went and talked to the mechanics and made calls to find an alternator for the car. She even went to pick it up after they closed, so they could start on it 1st thing in the morning. They told us where we could get a meal and said that we could stay in our car in the back lot. The job was much more involved than anyone thought it would be, and it took longer than the quoted time. But they wouldn't let us pay for the extra time. We insisted that we pay for the fixing of tire they found a screw in. Such wonderful people! If it weren't for them, I don't know what we would have done. I can't thank them enough."

"I didn't get my vehicle repaired here, but received the best small town customer service. My car broke down and I needed a code for my car. The secretary/manager assistant was very busy , but made time to listen to my story and welcomed me to stay in the office while I figured things out. The mechanic made time out of his super busy schedule to pull a code from my car, and guided me through the process of arranging an appointment with the dealership. I was stranded but they allowed my car to be in the lot, and when the tow truck driving arrived sooner than expected. The staff made sure to drive down (to the restaurant i went to) and update me and drive me back. Another thing to add while i was in the shop they knew all the customers by first name , and were so accurate, and so very nice. This shop was my little guardian angel."
