"Trust me when I say YOU WANT NO ONE ELSE TO HELP YOU! we had no spare .. we had 8 more hours to go. Our geico policy plan only covers towing or spare tire change .. we found Jake on google search and he went above and beyond! He went to multiple shops to find the tire to match our vehicle and when he did.. he came right out! Once he arrived he went right to work and had the best attitude! He educated us on our tire sensor and was done in about 18 minutes. He took care of us the way our insurance company should have. Support Jake, he is good people and you will not regret it. I can now continue my road trip home with my family."
