"I was skeptical of all the good reviews from this carwash. I thought maybe they organized a good review party with all their friends. I was entirely wrong. I am from out of state just moving into the area and I will be using American Car Wash again. I second all the good things that are written. I left a tip of $7 or $8 up front after watching the 2 gentleman prep my truck for the wash, then I dropped another $20 at the end with the gentleman who originally took my wash order and hand dried my truck. I recommend a package that includes a hand dry in order to prevent hard water spots, but my truck was clean, and that was without even getting out to check. Thanks American!"

"Any reviews claiming damage or 1 star usually had damage before, and it just happens sometimes. Absolutely great car wash service here in Fallon. They offer hand washes for cars such as my M2 that I don’t want scratched from the dirt that builds up on every car wash machines. They do a superb job and are hard working. If you encounter a bad employee that doesn’t mean the entire business is bad or the service they give. Fair and respectable prices."

"My new car came out of with two brand new, matching, down to the metal gouges on the passenger side that were NOT there when we drove in. They denied any liability or responsibility what so ever and insinuated that it happen elsewhere and we were just trying to blame them. We have insurance, we don’t need to scam some rag tag local business. DONT BRING YOUR NICE CAR HERE! We had to call the police to get a report done as they refused to provide any contact or insurance info. The owner finally showed up after the police were called and denied, denied, denied! Looks like we’re not the first car they’ve damaged and refused to accept responsibility for."
