"Pretty typical for Streakin Beacon. I’m more disappointed than my last experience."

"On January 31, 2024 I went to this place to wash my truck and trailer. On beginning I ask the guy if he can check the fuel tanks. Usually they don’t wash good so he says me yes sure. they start to wash my truck was quick and he says hey can you go to the truck just start engine please? So after I start the engine, they’ll they were done and I left outside just check my truck around. They did not wash behind cab at all. Even when I asked to check the guy hey really why you didn’t check it he said me you have to check before you leave. So I told him why do you have flashing light? This is your job you need to check it .I was too upset I did not ask them to do anything extra just do your job. this is not first time happen in this location. I am really wants manager check these guys and do something. Thank you. I will also provide with photos."

"There were very few staff last night, waiting for two hours, washing less than 10 minutes, because it was dark without inspection, woke up in the morning to see the car is still very dirty, I felt very uncomfortable, I drove nearly an hour to wash the car, this time I was very disappointed, I chose to wash the engine, but the result was not satisfactory，The side stairs were also dirty and I couldn't drive another hour back to the car wash, so I washed the stairs again myself。"

"Just spent 10 days on the Black Rock, out Class A was very dirty! Arrived about 10:40 am, the Blue Beacon is open 24 hrs. Had about 6 rigs in front of us, so the wait was almost an hour. Friendly, helpful, thorough. They washed our coach in 15 minutes, polished our tires! They didn't dry the coach, yet it didn't streak. Cost $80. Well worth it!"

"Okay, this is a rewash and well for the most part. The driver side looks good. I am very happy with the driver side passenger side. Not so much you'll see in the pictures as you can see the before the first two pictures the second two pictures the after The shiny driver side tandem well and the so-called passenger side shiny tandem and the fuel tank I did not take a picture of but as you get it the passenger side not so much the driver side nice and shiny overall I'll give him a three star and an e for effort . This is what is to be expected if you've been going to the Blue beacon as long as I have and I still say that the Blue beacon is the best place to go. If you don't like what you get then do it yourself they are doing the best they can do with the long lines that they have. So thank you all for trying and doing the best that you can do at the Blue beacon."
