"I've been coming here for a few years. The haircuts have always been at least ok. Some very good. Today" s haircut was awful. If I were a few minutes later they would have been closed. I asked for a little off the top. I ended up almost bald on top a ring of hair around the middle of my head and the bottom third the same length as the top. Luckily I have clippers and I can get rid of the ring of hair around the middle of my head. Not coming back the risk is to high."

"I place an appointment 3 days ago for today at 9am. When I got there a woman gave me a look and said "women's hair cuts?". That's not really a response. I said I had an appointment today at 9am and said I must have booked it somewhere else. This is the only place that's open at 9am. I also double checked my phone log and this was the place. Just kinda annoyed....waiting an hour now for walmart hair salon to open"
