"Contrary to some not-so-favorable reviews that I read before calling Healthy Smiles, I will admit I was reluctant. But I called because my mother has had teeth cleaning at this facility in the past. I spoke to a lovely receptionist named Elizabeth with great customer service skills, who truly listened to my request to try to fit my mother "urgently" into their busy schedule of appointments that week. Elizabeth not only complied, but consulted with the dentist and they suggested I bring my mother in same day! Dentist immediately noticed an infection and prescribed medication. Next day, Dental assistant called my mother at home, to do a follow-up on how she was feeling on the medication. Mother is healing and felt great that the meds were working. Not only am I satisfied with the customer service and conduct of this office, but I hold a lot of gratitude for this team of professionals at Healthy Smiles in Yerington, NV. "They are so rude I called with a question and the supervisor was so nasty she Zaid she didn't have time for me and they were shirt handed and the dentist didn't want to pull my tooth that needed to be pulled told me to go somewhere eles. I needed a refill of antibiotics and I was told they don't do that in a very nasty tone. I was told by the dentist if I needed one he would do that and I was very rudly told no. I have never been so mistreated at a dentist before."

"I loved the experience of dealing with the Dr and the staff. They sure do know how to make you feel good and take your concerns well. I have a better smile and absolutely gorgeous teeth thanks to them. They are kind and considerate. They dont rush you and make you feel comfortable also. If your looking for a good place to go definitely check them out, and im from Fallon so the drive is well worth it for good dental work."

"Made an appointment for a toothache. Made the appointment early and had to wait an hour past the appointment time before finally being seen... only to be told that I needed my tooth to be pulled and that NO ONE THERE could pull it that day. What's the point of the office even being open if they can't even do a simple tooth pulling procedure? Isn't there a commercial that puts down a dentist office for telling you you need a tooth pulled... and then not pulling it? It seems like a bad joke. Then, they were suppose to call me to set up an appointment time to get it pulled, and they still haven't called 3 days later."
