The salon was super clean and super cute, plenty of parking & easy to find. Shannon was very warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. We instantly felt comfortable. "I've known her almost four years, my last visit on the 18th was extremely unpleasant. I was charged for blonde like I always have. I wanted super blonde for summer. I was told it would take four hours only took two.The entire time I was there she was distracted, kids, people coming in and out,she seemed in a rush and stated it.I had nails done as well it was my anniversary. I didn't express how I felt due to her demeanor and took a day to think about it and texted her my feelings. She shocked me by her response. I'm a paying client well was,and pay for a service. I think she probably has alot going on and needs to focus on what her clients are asking, I've had alot of issues and just finally it came to this. I wish her well but don't appreciate what she said in response. Very unprofessional. Kids do come first, but when they come in every few minutes wanting something, and then yelling at them truly is not getting your JOB done! Clearly you also need to get educated on nails, I got asked if a trainee did them. Looking like your one man show needs work, get it together, okay?"
