Airheads confirm my place in line and tell me who is ahead of me so I wait wait wait wait then airheads take people out of order anyway. I tried yesterday same thing, went back today same thing. The 2 idiots who were working there couldnt stop chatting with each other long enough to pay attention. The place is a hot mess. In a bad way."

"My mom went there 4 days ago to get some length off, and she got a good cut, but the hair stylist was raking the top of her head with a cheap comb the entire time until my mom asked her to stop. Her scalp still hurts! 4 days later!? I also went there about a year and a half ago to get bangs for the first time in years, but that hair stylist cut them too short and too wide, and people started calling me Will Byers. I literally had a mentally break down because of it and had to wait months for it to grow out and then learn how to cut my own hair myself to fix it. Although this place is convenient and cheaper than other places, for me, it's not worth it, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."

Me: "Yes, and I waited the hour till my time." employee: "Ok, it'll be about an hour wait" Me: "Why did I check in then? what's the point?" employee: "I have to take my lunch" Me: "why check in online..." employee: "It's an hour wait because i have to take my lunch" Me: " I guess i'll never get my haircut here" Employee: "ok, hey other employee I'm going to lunch and walks out". Recap: if you don't have important things to do and don't care that they don't care go ahead and wait an hour after waiting an hour. All for a mediocre haircut."
