I wanted my split ends cut and wasn't happy with he results because I still had split ends so I asked them to get all my split ends. The first hairdresser didn't even split my hair into sections, after that the man in the salon took care of me and just to prove a point he took a whole inch of my hair even though he knew I wanted just the ends. Then explained how my hair is very dry, in contrast if the female hairdresser who told me my hair is a great condition and that why it took her 30seconds to cut my hair... Overall unprofessional ...."

"Quick-n-easy haircut. Avoid the 9am hour. Arrived 910am with no appointment, they directed me to a chair and the stylist asks why I'm sitting in her chair so I said they told me to. She says her regular is just walking in. So? Despite the confusion, she cut my hair quickly and well so gave he a 30% tip. Recommend waiting until 10am."
