"Will update as things go. Ordered on a Sunday, got confirmation and processing emails but hasn't changed since. Emailed on the following Friday, got a response back the next day saying it'd be shipped the following Monday. Monday came around and no notification that it was shipped, looked on the website and it still said my order was processing. I said ok maybe just didn't update the system. I paid for the 2-3 day priority mail so I just decided to wait. Emailed Thursday asking for a tracking number to no response. Emailed again Friday asking for a tracking number or if my order was even shipped. Waiting for a response. If it wasn't shipped thats fine but atleast tell me it hasn't shipped yet. Trying my best to give them every chance I can. UPDATE: got an email back Monday, they said they are going to call the shipping company and figure out what's going on UPDATE 2: The owner reached out personally to me, there was an internal error if you will, and he has made things right and is shipping it out today! If things go smoothly from here on out then that is some dam good customer service! FINAL UPDATE: it has arrived, been installed and I am ecstatic! Absolutely love the tunes, and the customer service was great once every thing was resolved!"

"I going to give 5 star for the EFI Live and the only they need to improve is customer service by the way thanks , great product great price ! The communication is been good via email , I need to resolve some issues with some codes but I been advised by the team I hope everything runs good May 7 , I receive the tuner and was installed like the instructions, if you follow the instructions is going to be fine in time was a about a hour for tuning , I contact Dynamics about 2:20 pm today for a system warnings on the overhead display , let you know for results Update : i receive a email By Dynamic there is some issue with my address and the shop system, i hope we can resolve that issue this week so we can keep in business , i going to make some update on the reviews platform about this issue Hi . I place a order on may 19 , i receive a email that my EFI live was shipped . but i don't have the tracking number by the way they don't answer the phone , they don't respond the emails, so I start to worry about this shop, if some one from Dynamic answer the emails is more easy , I have 3 friends who would like to order some's tunes from you , we are just waiting for my tunes , to keep on business'"

"The company was great when I first bought my tunes, responded quickly and answer any questions I had. Getting a revision for a tune, Good luck. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the company for over a month now. I even asked for a Unlink code and still heard nothing back. I Do not recommend this company, once they get your money they just disappear."

"Customer service was great when I was in the process of buying autocal and my 5 tunes but now that my transmission lugs, unless I activate tow/haul, I haven’t received any responses back. I just want a tune update/revision or even another tune with raised shift points. I will update once problem is resolved! Update: issue is currently being resolved!!! Big thanks!"
