"AAA dispatched this company to me. The radiator blew on my car as I was between Gardnerville and Bridgeport. After the call went through all the channels, I received a call from my driver. He was very polite on the phone and let me know where he was coming from and his ETA. He actually arrived sooner than his ETA, which was awesome. Evan was my driver. He immediately made me feel comfortable. Very personable and seemed experienced. He kept me informed as to why he needed to take pics of my vehicle and let me know that I could get in the truck if I wanted. I took him up on that. The inside of the truck was clean. There was music playing at a decent volume. And the AC was on. Thank god! Once my vehicle was loaded on the flatbed, Evan climbed up in the cab and off we went! We were able to have a comfortable conversation the entire time. Turns out the place I was towing to is actually right next door to Silver State Towing! Even was down to earth and very pleasant. Thank you for having such an awesome driver. I feel awful that I didn’t have cash to tip, but will be sending something for Evan in the mail."
