"Phil is incapable of finishing any project. He epitomizes the term "flake". We have been sitting in an unfinished house for a while; he has gotten most of his money and bailed on us. We have heard from other locals that have had similar experience with him. I strongly advise searching elsewhere for a handyman!!"

"We hired Phil to do renovation on our house in November 2022. He started 5 different projects. It is February 2024 and he has still not finish a single project. I have been pursing him to complete the agreed upon work but he has been extremely complacent. He gets paid hourly and will bill you mid-way through a project. I would advise that no one pay anything until he completes the work. - He cut up my kitchen cabinets and didn't sand before paint. Uneven cuts with saw blade lines and chipped paint. It looks horrible. - He never finished any trim work, the cabinets look horrible. - He did some plumbing in my bathroom. It all failed and started leaking. - He put in a patio door. Never finished the work. - Unfinished drywall all throughout the house."
