"Just a horrible experience all around. Brought my car in to tint my front two windows. They did the work quick / well… but on my way home I’m realizing there’s an aggressive blue hue and haze to the film… I patiently wait a week hoping maybe it’s just breaking in or that at least the haze goes away and the clarity improves… but it didn’t. Now - that’s not a problem, to me that’s just a quick polite phone call “hey this film looks pretty rough can you swap it out” and the only answer to that, given the awful look of this film should be - “no problem come on by and we’ll make it right”. Was that Garrett’s answer? - not even close. Garrett spent 3 minutes on the phone with me with the most arrogant / condescending attitude possible blaming ME for picking that shade of film and even suggested that I should have studied the sample board better - a sample board that shows and says NOTHING about an aggressive blue hue and ugly haze. I asked him three different times on the phone “are you willing to swap it out for a different film” and every time said he wasn’t going to agree to do it without me coming in first - and if he was this big a jerk on the phone, I can only imagine how that would’ve gone. I’ve had close to 30 cars tinted now, from daily drivers to exotics, and I’ve never seen or experienced anything like this. The photos of this garbage film speak for themselves, and should’ve just been a quick correction."
