"Buyers beware! Finance manager Scott is a master of slipping in hidden fees. They mandate that you purchase tire protection, ceramic wax, key fob replacement. No options. He tried to slip in a blank application for a signature after all paperwork was already signed for a lower amount. Don’t expect a call back once you get raked over the coals. Watch your numbers and paperwork before signing ANYTHING!! Better yet, don’t go there."
"My Review - Wifey and I went looking for a used 2020-22 RDX and left with a 2024 RDX. All 2024 vehicles were 0% financing vs. current used car loan rates running around 6-9% depending on credit. We are happy with the vehicle, just not happy with the follow up and lack of communication post purchase from a so called luxury dealership. The process was fine. I had an appointment scheduled for Sunday early. (Had playoffs to make sure we got home on time). Looked at the used RDX we scheduled for and test drove with a junior salesman and not the one who greeted us initially. We were thinking of leaving then original salesman mentioned 0% on 2024 vehicles. So wifey and I looked at the 2024s with what options she wanted. Test drove again and told them to run numbers. When we got back the difference between rates and overall cost were negligible and we were comfortable. We took the vehicle to finish running errands and decided to move forward. 2.5 hours later papers signed, going home. Here is where my issues lies. 1 week goes by, no follow-up by sales. I called our salesman, he said he will check with finance on paperwork. No call back. Call again, nothing. Wifey texted the finance manager Lindsay and next day and she calls back quickly ensuring everything is good and gets info needed. 2 weeks go by, wifey and Lindsay have multiple conversations and still no follow-up with our original salesman. My problem lies with customer service and guest satisfaction. (And the Bullshit mandatory Key Care package that is not removable for $2k) There is none. No check up, no thank you, no you have any questions or need anything? Sales went, got my sale, f the customer. These purchases are large and take quite some time and thought for most families. How are you going to ensure customer will come back or even refer other friends and family if you get treated like a number. Horrible way to run a business. Also, ask for permission before posting on Instagram your sale. Wifey was uncomfortable and didn't want to say no. Personally if it wasn't the 0% financing, both wife and I would've went somewhere else. I have no problem traveling to get a decent deal but make sure that I get great guest service is what brings me back. Key Acura needs to get a clue from Dolan Lexus (not Toyota) on how to treat their guests."
"I went in for a full service on 2/15/24 at 2:30pm. Oil change , tire rotation, and all service including checking for a safety recall. I specifically asked Brian, service manager if my car was safe to drive to Fresno Saturday morning. He said yes. Well, coming back from Fresno on highway 80 , my tire light comes on and I have a flat! Due to the cord showing on the inside of all 4 tires!!!!! I limp it home 45 miles on a donut. I get it to a tire shop and they tell me all my tires are dangerous, and my alignment is wayyyy off! I am NOT happy and will never pay these people again!!!"
"Awesome service department, had a little confusion on my particular situation and need for service in the beginning, but once we all got on the same page everything went very smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Service advisor Bill is 5 star and extremely knowledgeable, nice and professional. I wish he’d work at all the car dealerships I have to visit for service. Oh, and Chris who was driver of my courtesy shuttle home was a great driver and very friendly. Props to everyone one who was involved in getting the Acura on point and ready for trip back west this weekend!"
"I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I have never done business with them before and my experience was awesome! I have not purchased a vehicle for 13 year but Lyndsey Bradfield worked with me on my purchase, Tom the Sales Manager helped fine tune some of the specifics on the sale and Brian Robinson the Service Consultant took great care of me with some follow up service work a couple of weeks after I took possession of the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership, they were professional, knowledgeable very attentive. Give them a try if you are looking to buy, I am glad I did."
