"Car purchase experience was great! I called they ran my credit and got me into a car I didn’t even have to go to the location because they were able to send photos and paperwork online… I am very busy most days so sitting at a dealership for hours on end isn’t possible for me… The car I selected was a 2021 Mazda 6 it was exactly what I asked for and in the condition I was told. I would recommend Dolan again to anyone they were great!!"

"The front end of the process went well. Our sales rep was fine and polite; they allowed me to put a couple hundred to hold the car for us to see it the next day (which rolled into the price). Once we got to the paperwork the team was fairly pushy trying to add on a bunch of stuff (which they probably get a bonus for selling). It was a bit more high pressures than I prefer. I was also disappointed about our terms. One reason going for the new car was Kia’s 1.99% interest. That was a deciding factor and with excellent credit there shouldn’t have been a problem. And I thought that’s what we agreed on. But in reviewing my financial statement they are charging 5.25%! That’s a big difference. Yes, I should have looked closer, but they push so many papers in front of you that we overlooked it. If you buy there plan for being there awhile and read everything they have you sign before you buy."

"Wow, let me just start by saying this company went above and beyond customer service. Steve was so amazing and very helpful for 2 days I have been talking back and forth about getting pre approved and getting my family in a new van! Well it happened. Steve was able to meet with my family and get us in a new to us van that has everything we were looking for including the price. "This is a pet friendly dealership. We took my vehicle for an oil change and to replace the front brake pads. I was told that I didn't need to replace the pads as they still have a good 5k miles of wear to them. This is contrary to one of those quick mechanic shops that try to get you to do a full service to your car. I ended up saving that for another time. Instead they did the oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation. My cat and I sat in the waiting area where we were treated with complementary snack and drink. It may not be a quick service but it was an excellent service that save me money."
