"I arrived for a 0900 appointment! Yes, the region experienced a snow storm. There was snow still on my vehicle. I asked for a broom. The frightened fellow told me a broom would not be good enough because of the potential water droplets dripping onto their shop floor. I had completely swept the snow and ice off the windshield frame with hot water. A phone call would have been appreciated advising me not to bring a vehicle with snow on it. If you read all the reviews there is a customer service trend. Lazy, don’t care mind set because the business is probably very busy."

"Fast is an understatement... the total time it took for them to knock on my door, remove the broken window, install a new window, clean it, have me pay, and then getting in their truck to leave was 8 minutes. Holy cow I'm impressed. I also appreciate how quick you arrived. Arrival time estimate was between 9 and 10am, they were here at 8:50... I love it, as I have a busy day... Thank you!"
