"Dr. Georgene Chase has had her license suspended for 30 days by the Nevada Dental Board and put on probation for the next 5 years and will not be allowed provide orthodontic care (braces) ever again. In addition to the suspending her dental license she was ordered to refund tens of thousands of dollars to former patients and will pay a substantial fine."
