"These are the guys!!! I was stuck in the snow in the median of 395 on a Sunday Afternoon. My insirance company contacted Executive Towing who called to give some kind of a nonsense excuse for not being able to do it. A&A answered the phone politely and very calmly scheduled a truck with a reasonable price and a great time frame. The driver arrived, assessed the situation and went right to work getting my car out safetly. It didn't take long and the operator was very knowledgeabale of how to solve the proble. This is the second time I have used A&A and the second time that I have had the priveldge of having Noah as the operator. He is calm, focused, polite, and friendly. Great team, and thanks!!!"

"Was stuck in a winter condition with my tire blown out. Many tow promised to come but didn’t and winter evening was upon us. We eventually found an and an and deco helped us straight away. Wish we had called them first instead of 8 hours being stuck in the car. High praise"

"My mom and I waited for over 8 hours stuck in the car on a snowy highway 50 from a blown out tire. We tried over 4 different towing companies in the area, through our insurance agency and on our own - and no one was accepting our request or willing to make the drive. At this point, it was 11pm and we were fully prepared to sleep in our car until the morning since we were about 10 miles in either direction from the nearest town. As a last-ditch effort, we contacted A&A Towing in Carson City to see if they were even willing to come out to get us. They said YES! They worked with our AAA dispatcher to come get us within the hour. Devo and Cassie were so amazing and professional, and drove us all the way to Gardnerville! We are so grateful to A&A Towing for coming to our rescue during the blizzard warning!"

"I called at 7am for a tow and the dispatcher quoted me a half n hour until my tow would be there. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, I gave up trying to be understanding and understanding that delays happen and called the dispatcher back. The dispatcher told me he had a "cop call that was pretty serious" and that's why he's so late. I can understand that too. What I don't understand is how no one called to inform me of the delay. I was going to be late for work before, now I was over 2 hours late for a healthcare related job. They also made me pay $155 to go less than quarter of a mile. Make your choices with this company and decide how much in a bind you are in before resorting to them."

"A&A towed my car before they were even open. They had no decency to call to tell me. my car was being moved I was pulled over at midnight Saturday he said I had two days to pick it up because the new year holiday and no one was open. Very very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. And I’m doing the same thing with the police officer who pulled me over. Very disappointed in this company and NHP."
