"Online appointments are available. The stylists know they are scheduled. Email confirmations are received. However, when you make appointment and set everything up to be there, then arrive, the stylist says she doesn’t have time, the appointment shouldn’t have been scheduled. Well if they can send a confirmation by email and the stylist knows you are coming, then be nice and email or phone saying you can’t do the haircut today. Should be zero stars for that."
"I have tried to get my hair done for 2 weeks can't make an appointment because no one answered the phone. Went in person 3 times, twice they were closed. The one time I did catch the hair stylist there I was told I could not get my hair cut then because it was to close to closing. How silly of me to think @ 4:35pm on a Monday was a good time. I went somewhere else."

"Beware unethical practices - Charged 80% more without permission. Waddled in at 9 months pregnant for a full head of highlights and cut with Sarah. Walked out in tears at being charged $115 without being informed of $50 in additional charges. Story: I was in desperate need of something that would last the first few months of our expecting little one so I scheduled some natural highlights as the first apt of the day 9:30 am on Saturday. I also did a trim a little bit more then what you see in the blue shirt and we did an all over dark brown highlight. I was asked how I wanted my highlights and I told her, whatever she believes is best due to my circumstances. (Won't be able to come back for 2 months most likely) The wash out chair was uncomfortable but overall the process was fine and highlights did turn out decently. She asked if I wanted to dry it, I said yes. Blow Dry- took 10 minutes and my hair was frizzy and not very polished but I wasn't too fussed about it since I understood it was included after doing a full head of highlights and I wasn't informed otherwise anyway. The problem came up when I was checking out. My bill jumped from $65 to $115. I asked where all the charges were from and I was confused. She said, "oh I charged you because your hair was thicker (not mentioned, or displayed on any signage) and then the style (the blow dry charge of near $20) and toner ($20.) I can 100% appreciate if I am requesting something outside the scope of what the package covers that I should pay more. What I am NOT comfortable with is only finding out I was charged almost double only when I am checking out and never getting questioned once for 3 different charges if that was okay before beginning or anytime during the appointment. Or any signage on the walls indicating there was more services then advertised. I was obviously upset and mentioned to Sarah twice, that she really need to have told me about the extra charges at checkout and that is not very right to do. She apologized but did not do anything to make a substantial correction to the charges. I still her tipped 15% but truly feel taken advantage of. While in the store I called customer service to let them know what had happened. I was told I would receive a f/up within 72 hours (to allot for it being a Saturday.) I did receive a call to verify my compliant but have not gotten a follow up or call to date since and was only told she would coach Sarah in the future not to do that and also Sarah should not have informed me during our appointment she worked on commission. I am very dismayed at the situation and even more so with the district manager for not following up as expected. If you go here, it will be annoying but ask at every turn.. "is there an additional charge for that?" All in all buyer beware. Update: Did get a follow up call from the same rep. Generally the lady didn't listen to much of what I was saying and I wouldn't consider an asset for the CS part... Either way we agreed on a partial gift-card to cover the mistake that occurred and I will try a diff location in future. Added one star to review."
"We visited this place once. It's a little farther then we usually travel for a hair cut but we were at Walmart already so we stopped here (convenience factor is a plus). It's a small but decent place. The staff is nice. The price was pretty good and they took us as a walk-in which I always appreciate."
