"They were able to get me in early for my delivery appointment. They had all the paperwork printed out and ready to go. The agent answered my questions and was patient as I looked over the car."
"I have been very happy with the service I’ve received on multiple occasions. The team is helpful, friendly, and they actually pick up the phone here unlike many other locations. Brian was particularly helpful when I needed my car service expedited due to bad weather. Thank you Tesla Reno, you guys are great!"
"Took my 2023 modle y to ask information on my car doors wouldn't open with out using phone key as pervasive did. Service personnel ignored me then told me make and appointment. Will never go back to the Reno tesla service again. Poor service"
"Brian and team has always provided quality care and service This is one f the reason why I love my Tesla Y Performance. I put in almost 90,000 miles on this beast and could not been more happy and impressed Thank you"
"Checkin was very easy. If you're in a hurry you can just drop your car in one of the well marked spots, scan the QR code, leave your key card in the center console and go about your day. If you want to talk to them, you can go inside and talk to a service advisor (I did this because it was my first visit to the service center). They came out and looked at my car with me and discussed the couple items I wanted them to look at, then gave me a loaner because the items would take over a week and Tesla was covering them. Picking my car up was just as easy. I arrived in the loaner, parked it in front of the service door, went in and gave them the loaner key card. Then walked over to my car (in the regular dropoff area), opened it with my phone, the keycard was in the center console, and drove away. During the service, the SA kept me advised about the status of my car via the service message chat area in the Tesla app. I don't know how it could have been easier."
