"I was going to take my truck here for service and to diagnose some dash alerts. I decided not to get the service done here because I was told I had to pay an hour's labor cost ($150) for them to be able to tell me how much they would charge. I understand it would take time to diagnose but that charge should be included in the total bid. I was afraid I would have to pay the $150 and then would get an outrageously high bid. I can't say anything bad about the quality of work here. I can only say I don't like the way they offer bids for woek to be completed."
