"I have been going here for a long time, this was the last straw. Got a pedicure, waited to get one for 4 months because I had a total knee done. The man who did mine was very rude did not speak english. He cut my toe and drew blood with the clippers, I am concerned about infection because of my total knee. I let him finish I always have sparkles on my toes, and I brought them up with my color. He told me no, take to long to dry. Then I had 3 cards with a total of twelve visits. ( I have always done this, as I do not always have my card on me.) They always have combined them. He told me no, they have to be on one card. I was embarassed to keep arguing with him. Just told him I was done and will not be back."

"I'm tired of making an appointment. And always having to sit there for an hour or more. Waiting while she takes a walk in, she cracked one of my nails. One of them was broken and she just left them that way and just put the gel over it. She didn't even try to fix them and. She's too rough on my nails and I'm tired of it. I'm going to have to find someone else."

"I used to come here all the time 2020-2022 , I stopped coming due to the poor quality of service and the extensive wait times. Yesterday I decided to give it another go as it had been some time. The staff has changed out except for one guy ( Sam). I made an appointment at 4:30 for a full set and a pedicure. When I walked in they acted as if I was trespassing or something, not a very friendly welcome. I picked out my color for toes and had a seat for my full set. The guy I got (hong I think his license said) did not speak an ounce of English and it made for a very difficult experience trying to tell him how I would like my nails he blatantly kept telling me “no” when I tried to show him pictures and I was being so patient with him because of the language barrier. He kept showing me my nails for approval and I kept saying no that’s not what I’m asking for. He got frustrated with me because he didn’t understand and no one was helping translate so he stopped my nails and moved me to pedi chair. The pedicure was not worth the $50 I paid. No massage, no filing, the polish was all over my toes. When he was curing the gel on my toes he fell asleep. I kinda felt bad because I know they’re over worked but you can’t fall asleep on the job. I just waited patiently. He awoke very startled and told me to go back over to nail station. At this point I had been there for 3 hours and wanted to just get out of there. I politely told the lady (Jen) that I didn’t want him to work on my nails anymore because he didn’t speak English and I was just frustrated with the whole experience. She nicely offered to fix my nails and toes and they turned better than they were but I am still not very happy with them… $90 later, about 10 coats of gel on my toes, 3 hours and a botched white tip full set…. I don’t think I’ll waste time or money there again. But appreciate Sam and Jen’s hustle! I haven’t tried Sam but other people seem to be happy w his work. ** they do not use clean or new tools files or equipment on your nails or toes so going here is like a gamble for all types of fungus and bacteria"

"I used to love going here and never had an issue before. The last two times i came here were rough experiences. TODAY i went in for a fill. the gentleman that began my nails used about 5 different drill bits that were not cleaned and kept turning up the speed and drilled too far on my natural nail that my fingers absolutely burn. he doesn’t understand much english could tell by when i told him it hurt and he continued. I tried to deal with the pain throughout and it just kept getting worse and worse. What he did is known as a fire band and could cause permanent damage. I really wish I could receive my money back. ALSO his license is EXPIRED i noticed when i left. I want to get his name. I also paid wayyy too much for just a fill. really upset"

"So the customer service is great, they were fast, kind and fun. My pedicure was heavenly. My nails… oh Lordy. I left in tears. My cuticles are bleeding. I have 1/8” of gel on my hands. And when I said I hated the shape and if he couldn’t change it to please remove them from my hands the man LAUGHED AT ME! I WAS IN TEARS!!! “Oh you cry? Wan wan wahh!” These were my treat for my birthday. And now I spent my budget on horrid painful hands. The manager or whoever tried to fix them but it’s not fixable. So now I’m spending the afternoon filing down the gel, writing this review and begging other nail techs to help me. The fake part isn’t even attached to my natural nail under most of them!!! I don’t get my nails done often but I know enough that if water gets under that I’m in danger of fungus and rot. It may be a miscommunication and I still paid in full and tipped 25% (I’ve worked in service most of my life). But he laughed at me…for being so upset I cried."
