"On 9/2/23 I called and asked if they were taking walk-ins a gentleman said yeah come right in. When I get there with my son for us both to get cut, there’s no one at the front desk, but there is an employee that sees me and says nothing and I see another employee and make eye contact with near the back of the store sweeping and says nothing to me either. I sat there for 10 minutes with no one saying a word to me. But knowing I’m there, and then I chose to leave. I thought it was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Have not one employee that sold me greeted me or got the front desk person or did the dang thing besides just look at me."

"Owner with money trouble, and outdated skills, Went in for regular ballyage hair dying service. Colors were mixed incorrectly turned my hair orange, not blonde and had a small section that was pink. The technique she used was NOT ballyage. She brushed and DABBED the color on, so my hair had SPOTS and irregular horizontal patterns. She made me pay full price under the promise to fix it for free, and then "wasn't available" for a year. Year later, schedule the correction and (maximizing my visit) added on a wedding hair trial (3 styles). Should have been color first, followed by styling to match my wedding hair request. She insisted on styling first. She did 2 hair styles that didnt match my request, and then refused to do the 3rd style, and refused to do the color correction, insisting I come back at a later date (color correction never happened). She charged me for the bridal trial (despite service not complete, not as requestesd an still owing on the correction). The hair styling itself didn't match the styles requested. She used a lot of root teasing resulting in tangled hair for a few days. Its worth noting most of her clients are older women, last 20 years of life. I think she's hired a lot of booths out since 2021 to other stylists. I don't recommend using Lolly/owner for your service. If you use someone else at this location, be cautious. If she's this strapped for money, and this uninterested in restoring relationships, it's unlikely she will not be helpful to even the other employees when something does arise. Best guess is she had money troubles coming out of covid, since none of her stalls were rented at that time either. If not money troubles then I have no idea why she wouldn't put a better foot forward to fix this in some way. Doing my best to empathize. I waited 2 years to post this, as I made efforts to work with her directly before deciding to share my story for others benefit. Don't be nice, don't be understanding. Protect yourself. I returned to her more than once because we live in a small town, it was post covid (supporting local business owners is important to me) and I understand that sometimes 1 experience isn't enough to judge a service provider. I don't care about the cost of 1 hair service as I pay for ongoing services monthly. I care about a strong relationship with the person I'm employing to provide that service and if I invest into a recurring relationship with her despite challenges, I expect her to do the same. It's okay for me to communicate my needs/desires while we learn eachother over a period of time. It's not okay to let her embarrassment take over and attack someone whose been empathetic and understanding."

"If you need a great haircut I highly recommend Suzie Forst! I needed a very short haircut and she cut it exactly like I wanted! Love this hair salon too; each person has their own private station! Very nice and clean too!!"

"Went in for a haircut that was supposed to be longer in the front and short on the sides, asked not to have the top cut short or even touched besides getting texture added. Came out with the front all messed up and short, was not at all close to the reference photo I showed her. She cut off atleast 1-2 inches worth off the front, had the right length coming in for the style that I wanted and whoever cut my hair cut it way too short (dont remeber the name unfortunately). Do not recommend going in if your a man wanting a solid cut. I could've done better myself tbh."
