"Had an appt for 11:30am. Had to wait 15 min. Told them on the phone I currently have dipping powder on my nails. Was lectured by my nail tech, Vienna, that this was supposed to be just a gel manicure. I explained to her I told them on the phone I had dipping powder. She went on 2-3 more times that it was supposed to be just a gel manicure and she would now be late for other customers. After she was done attacking my cuticles and polishing my now uneven nails (meaning my nails are not straight, but slanted) I received a rush job of hand massage and charged double the price on the price chart."

"I and my sister just left this nail place and my sister received a call from the lady that attended to her that she should not come again because she has the right to refuse service. She stated my sister was kind of complaining. This is concerning because people have to right to let you know if one is satisfied with the service or not. I also wondered why she did not tell my sister right there but had to wait to call. I have noticed when we got there that she was frowning and not smiling at all. She was extremely rude. However, i am satisfied with the older lady who helped with mine. I just wished i knew this particular rude lady’s name."

"I just came out for a manicure and pedicure service. These people are just imitating. look at my nails This is the level my 7-year-old daughter can do. I paid $75 for this. Omg Save your money!!!"

"Have tried going on four different occasions with my gift certificate. They say walk-ins are welcome, absolutely not true! My daughter and I waited for over an hour once because we did not have an appointment, while we were waiting three other people who did not have appointments were brought back immediately. At that point we left . Gave them back the gift certificate & didn't even get a refund. I'll never go there again. Don't waste your time."

"So I have been going to this specific regal nails for 7 years. For the most part the staff is friendly and Sonny is awesome. 99% of the time they do a great job. But God forbid they make a mistake you ask them to fix. The women become rude. They will mistreat you and they become demeaning. Sonny on the other hand will take care of it no problem. Twice in 7 years I have had an issue. The first time I thought the behavior exhibited was just a fluke. After it happened the second time by another staff member I have decided to find another place to get my nails done. I have since found Beyond Nails across the street where Ross is. The staff is friendly and they are all about customer service. Especially when a mistake is made."
