"I took my daughter there a couple of weeks ago and the guy asked if I wanted gel on her nails, I said I did. The guy then said something to the guy next to him, in his language and they both laughed. My daughter's "gel" polish came off 30 minutes after we left ( only one nail). Both the polish from her hands and feet were gone the next day for no reason, we didn't do anything. I'm guessing they laughed because they tricked me into paying gel prices for whatever cheap polish they put on my daughter. Do better."

"Nothing special. Prices are regular. It’s been less than a week and my whole left hand really doesn’t look good. A lot of my nails are misshaped. I got gel and a couple nails are already chipping and the polish isn’t that smooth. The shape is really the worst part. First and last time going here. I asked for coffin nails. The shape is different on all of them."

"Lam is an excellent nail artist. I show her a picture of what i would like and she does it. Great atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also do microblading and waxing."

"It is the first time I come to this place and it will be the last. From the moment I sat in the chair the only thing they told me was that they could not make me any design, practically he chose what he wanted. He had no patience, he cut my finger and yelled at me: "Don't move". He practically throw the color palette in my hands The nails are not at all what I wanted, it's too thick and coarse, it looks like someone 10 years old did it to me. They charged me $80 and harass to tip, I don't recommend it."

"Charged 40 for a 11 year old girl pedicure. They did not even get the cuticles. When attempting to get my ingrown toenail ended up bleeding and left with the same ingrown. They don't know how to do a French manicure on toes unless you pay for gel. And I am honestly just blown away at the treatment by female staff. This literally had 4 staff arguing with me about why they can't do a French manicure on toes..why they cant create flowers from a picture... why they cant do a french pedicure on short toes...and more instead of actually trying to care. This is the worst salon I have ever been to and I would not recommend especially if you are getting married and want something special as they do not care. Tell then you wait a long time..because... "they choose to do regular polish" Honestly I have never been so disturbed by the behavior of the female staff here."
