"I went in the other evening to purchase a certain color and brand. They were out. I asked the young girl who worked there if there was any in the back. She said no. I asked her when do they get new shipments in. She said we just got them. I then asked if there was anything comparable to the color and brand. She said no. She just had one word answers didn't leave her isle to come to where I was to see if there was anything else she could do. So I found a step down color from the one I wanted but there was only one box. I asked her if maybe by chance if there was one more of those colors in the boxes that were delivered. She said It's a mystery what's in there, till I open them. Just super rude!! I have been going to Sally's in several states for years and years and have never had such an awful experience as I did that evening. I walked straight out. Called another Sally's and drive across the city to purchase $82 worth of product. I live a mile away from this Sally's and I will pay more for gas, before I ever go back in there again! That employee should not work with the public. I was so upset, I realized I didn't get her name.. I also do not know what she looks like since she stayed in her isle the whole time. Perhaps, she should get a job as a maid in a motel. Then she doesn't have to give customer service."

"I will not be coming back to this location. The older lady who works here is very judgemental and watched us like a hawk the entire time. Lady, I have spent literally hundreds of dollars at Sally, don't worry. However I will not spend a dime on any store that treats customers this way. Zero stars"

"Customer Services was helpful, yet the store didn't have many products to choose from. Most items were under stock. Need more varieties for the mixture of customers."

"I am trying to go a strawberry blonde after being bright blonde was told to use a 10 developer which didn’t bring out the color . I went back in and some lady with green hair was extremely rude telling me it won’t be any brighter using a 20 developer because color doesn’t lift color . That makes no sense to me as you would bleach your hair if you want a brighter color over it . I told her it had been bleached blonde and she pints to a dark color saying this could be bleached I’ll leave you to it extremely rise and not helpful at all why do you work here ?"

"I had a very bad experience with the store based on the employee refusing to help my 90 yr mother. She explained that it was based on store policy. I hope they change the policy and the employee thinks of how she could've handled the issue differently. Either way I won't be around to see."
