"I had no idea why the rest had bad review on this area. I was renting Avis car from other city and we got a problem on the car in Lake Tahoe, I went to this branch to seek from help. It's popular area and no additional car available for me to swap, I wait for couple hour then check back with us and we manage to get a car swap (although swap from Full Size to Mid Size) but it get our issues solve. and most important is, the lady was so friendly to help us out to sort this thing, checking with her manager for policy etc. I would say she love her job and deal with each customer the same way. I'm so sorry didn't manage to get your name but you are awesome! She had the best service I ever received from car rental everywhere else in the world."
