Reviews
"I hate to leave a review like because I have been going here for 7 years. I have brought in multiple car's for John to work on. However, he broke the latch to my glove compartment. He gave me $100 to buy the replacement part. But he did so calling me names, insulting me, disrespecting me for no reason at all, yelling at me cursing me out; and him and his three friends standing on the wall who are all from his same country were talking about me saying things in a different language. Truly uncalled for, very prejudice and discriminating. But I didn't even do anything. And you know what he didn't even say sorry, even though there were broken pieces all over the passenger side where the glove compartment is. So there was no question that he made a mistake and broke the latch .Moving forward, I called him multiple times to put on the part and he never called me back, but only hung up in my face. So I paid another mechanic shop to put the piece on. Because the part was from Europe and because covid 19 I went to John several months later with the receipt to be reimbursed for the labor this had cost me. That's only right. That's only fair. I didn't even ask to be reimbursed for my time or anything just for the labor and he refuses to reimburse me. He did so yelling and cursing me out despite the fact I never yelled at him once or threaten him or anything. It got so bad I had to call the police. So, Is John A Good I can't say that. Is he a decent man who does good work but made a mistake absolutely. Did he act outside of his character by calling me names and be racially discriminating against me on that day? He sure did, he sure was. But you know what we all make mistakes. A neighbor from the tire shop or the shop right next to him came over because there was yelling from John and he explained to me he that John calls him names, raceway discriminating names but as a joke. This man went on to say that I was absolutely right he says these things that are absolutely uncalled for and prejudice but he doesn't mean it that way. So I'm going to take that man's word for it. However, I don't know John like that and it didn't seem friendly and I didn't do anything to John to deserve to be talked to, yelled at, curse that and treated in the manner which I was treated. So where are we at now with this? Right now there is a pending lawsuit against John and his LLC I believe, but you know what I'm going to cancel the lawsuits. Despite the fact John was 100% legally in the wrong and I even have it all videotaped with receipts so there is no question. And honestly John deserves to be taught a a lesson here in the courtroom because he shouldn't be doing business and treating people like that. However, I'm a Christian man who listens to his mother. And the word is to give this man a break and some mercy, show so Grace and just to let him bee and let this one go. So despite the fact I think about this too often and feel very very disrespected because I was, and the burden of proof proves John was 100% in the wrong, I am still going to let this one go. So the moral of this review is John can do very good, however, if he makes a mistake or break something he may not want to take full responsibility for that. And he may cuss you out and if you're not where he's from which I think is Greece, he may treat you very poorly and say discriminating things like me did me."
"Take it to a professional I don't get it, I simply needed some help with my car and to figure out what was killing my battery. I thought I made an appointment to drop off my car but instead he just said something was draining it ??? He does not like project cars, I also wanted him to replace a relay he didn't want to do anything, so don't waste your time on fixing an electrical problem here. That's why I made the appointment but thanks for the check with a meter I honestly took my anger out on finding it myself after two weeks.."
"He replaced my fuel pump ---> excellent work! I sent my mom to him, replaced side mirrors, door handle-----> excellent work! Fair price, excellent work. Highly recommend!"
"My wife was in Reno and the wheelchair lift quit working. The wheelchair controI box is custom built. I called John and he got her in as soon as she arrived. It took him a few minutes to troubleshoot the problem and got it fixed. GREAT customer service, skilled tradesman, and fair price."
"Very nice guy. Easily identified the electrical problem on my car and fixed it within a couple of hours after dropping the car off. He even offers shuttle Service! Best of all, he's honest with his work. He checks prices from other places and gives you the best price he can give for his service, and checks the overall condition of your car."
