"Can't be trusted with something as simple as a routine oil change, apparently. I drove 50 miles to get my brand new Forester it's very first oil change & service. The car (which had zero issues) now smells of burning plastic, has leaked oil all over my garage floor, and has low oil levels - only one month later. When I called to complain, they offered another oil change "free of charge", but refused to ship me a couple quarts of oil. Sadly, I wont be going back, and I'll end up spending more money fixing this mess! Above all though, I'm worried they will have damaged the engine on my brand new car..."
