"They burned my husbands back really badly to the point it blistered and scabbed. It's been two weeks and it still hasn't healed completely. I sent photos to the owner Lisa that afternoon. She called me and didn't accept any responsibility or wrongdoing, she repeatedly blamed my husband. It was a very upsetting experience since I was trying to do something nice for my husband who's a new father. It was even more upsetting since I had booked online with Taylor, but Lisa switched massage people without asking, after I had told her on the phone I would cancel before switching. She said she would switch someone else due to an overbooking, but when I texted the night before to make sure we were squared away, she had done it. I feel like if I had been able to keep my original appointment with Taylor this may not have happened."
