"Watch out for this place. I took my truck in for a flush and filter change. They asked if I could leave it, so I did. A few hours later, I get a message that it's done, but they are leaving and to pay over the phone. I pay and pick my truck up later just to find out they didn't do a flush or filter, only a drain and refill. I questioned them and was assured it was done. I sent photos showing the pan, and lines hadn't been touched. She then reverses her story about how it not serviceable, another Lie.... The next time I drove my truck, it began to shift erratically and spilled fluid while driving down the 80. I had to limp it back and leave it again while they checked it. Come to find out on the original service, they overfilled the transmission causing these problems. They were supposed to flush and change the filter the second time, too. Nope, another lie. The entire underside of my truck is now covered in oil, and they will no longer respond or speak to me. Stay away, Sierra trans are crooks and liars."
