There is no making them happy, what so ever. The majority of customers are very satisfied with the quality of work done there. We work magic not miracles. "Extremely disappointed. I don't even know where to begin. I gave Terry $3500 to redo the interior on my classic car which included an extra $500 to have door seals put in. The materials were flimsy and in fact already torn in some places like the door panels before the job was even finished. I asked that the damaged panels be redone--Terry agreed but i got back the same door panel with torn vinyl by the pulls for the door. There were so many missing screws and pieces not put back, I lost count. The center console, the scuff plates, several trim pieces all missing screws and in some instances, not even returned to their normal place or if they were, they were crooked and not installed properly. Terry promised to use better than average door seals and instead, his team put in the wrong seals so the doors wouldn't close. The seals installed were for some other car--I guess they hoped I wouldn't notice that the doors wouldn't close. The glue used for the wrong seals was splashed across the nearby panels and wouldn't come off. So I have glue drips across my $5000 custom paint job.The wind lace wasn't glued adequately so it started coming unglued before the job was even finished. The trunk seal was supposed to be part of the job--never happened. To be fair, i had them refinish the steering wheel which looks gorgeous. This was the only part of the job that was done with any care. I asked for plastic sheeting to be put in between the door and new vinyl panel just like the original--not done. And I suspect that for my $3000 new interior which didn't involve any sewing, that I got a "cover" for my back seat. Which begs the question what was done for my $3000?"
