"I once thought highly of this store because of the owner's knowledge, but when I had a shoe strap come apart after only a few months, they would not willingly take them in for repair. We were told the shoes were made in China (my bad for not knowing that) and the ownership had changed. I paid well over $100 for these shoes. A supplier that doesn't stand behind their products, in my view, should not be a supplier at all in a higher end shoe store. Last time for buying anything there."
