"Love NB products. Always shopped at the South vegas factory outlet store without incident. However, my last 2 visits were VERY unpleasant. The staff were very attentive at first... it they became a little too attentive to where it became overwhelming. My gf and I intentionally walked from one end of the store to the other, to see if we would be followed. We were!!! The associate continued to follow us throughout the store, to where one of the employees stood by the door as if we were to grab something and run out. Again, we intentionally walked from one end of the store to the other a few times to make sure it wasn't a coincidence.. but WE were intentionally being followed!!!!!!! Would definitely NOT shop at this location again.... maybe not even shop at new balance at all!!!!!"

"The shopping center was busy but I felt like there was adequate parking, I did not have any trouble finding a spot. The staff in the store was helpful but not overbearing. When I got to the register with my selection, the gentleman helping me recalled seeing another pair of the exact same shoes that was on sale. He went out of his way to go find those so that I could get a small discount on what I was already planning on purchasing. I thought that was outstanding customer service and I really appreciate it. I would definitely go again."

They have anything you need from head to toe at a great price and my feet feel so good, like new again. They even have a veteran's discount."
