"This place had decent food when I visited last month. But just recently I arrived and ordered along with a coworker on our lunch break and didn't get served. We were there for 45 minutes and customers that arrived after us were served before us. We paid for our drinks and left. The McDonald's across the street was way better anyways."

"I love this place for it's Tortas Ahogadas!!!!! They are small, BUT! They are sooooo good! The bread is nice and toasted. They don't put the sauce on there. They give it to you separately, so it doesnt get all soggy. That was great. The carnitas here are very flavorful and juicy. The sauce alone wasn't spicy, but it was very flavorful. I know some people that don't enjoy food that is too spicy, so i definitely recommend this spot for people who want authentic Tortas Ahogadas without sacrificing flavor and authenticity. Best place for Tortas Ahogadas so far."

"Wow, first time here and food was amazing and service was great! Family owned business and such a pleasant dining experience. We started with the Cucumber Lemon Fresca, then ordered 3 tacos with beef, 3 quesadillas (2 beef, 1 pork) and for getting 3 quesadillas, it came with their consome (kind of like an aus ju dipping sauce). We also got a side of rice and bean (and wow some of the best I ever had). For dessert we ended with flan and Jericalla (a dessert native to Guadalajara). When I come back I will have to try their torta. Second time here on 09/11/2022: My second visit here today as I just had to write another review. I came back to try their most popular dish, their Torta Ahogada. And wow, simply wow. I reserve using culinary masterpiece for dishes you absolutely must try, and this dish is a culinary masterpiece (other culinary masterpieces—Garlic Prawns at Lotus of Siam, Las Vegas, Nevada and the Pizza at Bonci Pizza, Rome, Italy). Now back to the Torta Ahogada. Bread, perfect—hard crust, soft inside, dip the bread in the sauce for this dish and you’ll quickly find yourself in flavor heaven and texture bliss. Pork was melt in your mouth delicious, and topped with the pickled red onions was a grand touch. We also ordered their 3 Quesabirrias today that comes with their consome (great dish) and their 3 tacos with Birria (their Birria is the best I have had). Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed."
