Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Showed up at 1029 for a doordash order. Door was opened. As soon as I walked in a rude lady barked at me rudely, like it was the end of the world. Telling me they don't open until 1030. Like 1029 was the end of the world. I canceled the ride. Someone else can deal with her rudeness and I will never eat or pick up any orders from this location every again. A better response would have been take a seat. We open in a minute. Rather then someone barking at me"

"The staff is extremely rude and don’t seem to know how to properly ring up an order at the register. This location is constantly out of basic ingredients. All of this is a reflection of the management and ownership not doing their job properly training their employees. There’s no excuse to be out of basic ingredients at the beginning of the day. There’s no excuse for the staff to not greet/ interact with customers in a friendly manner. There’s no excuse for someone working a register to not know how to ring up a basic meal. If I were the owner or manager I would feel great shame in the job I’ve done. Have pride in your restaurant and train your people well. A customer shouldn’t have to explain basic business etiquette to you in a google review."

"If the prices are going to be this high then the meat amounts need to be weighed, especially for the barbacoa. They are not giving the same portions and the price is all time high. I will start ordering bowls and if it's not a sufficient amount I will walk out. Everyone needs to start doing this until they realize they can't get away with it."

"This location has gone down hill. When I say I paid $17 for cold meat with no flavor and old stale chips. It was 7pm and the location close at 11pm. Yet every dish looked in fresh and little to almost none left.I asked for beans they were dried, the guys states “sorry it’s all we have left”?? It’s 7pm why are y’all not cooking? I stopped by here not to long ago and they were closed 45min early. Hire new staff this place is now garbage."

"I love Chipotle -and know this is a good location being close to the strip but not crowded. But this one was a little disappointing because of state of the dining tables and floor. It just wasn’t too clean in the dining area, maybe there were just too many people, but it wasn’t that busy when I was there. It does have very easy parking and the food was good as always, the price is the same as every other Chipotle maybe I just hit them on a bad day, but it has caused me to choose other places instead of this location."
