"Had Romo Tacos for the first time yesterday and honestly had such a great experience!! The taco quality is amazing and the home made tortillas are the best ones I have ever tried! Everything we got was delicious but the deep fried quesadilla was just AMAZING!! The owner is super friendly and makes the experience 1000x better!"

"We checked out this place tonight. Arrived around 7 and there was no one there. It is a little windy, so it’s a little chilly. We bought three orders of birria tacos, two puffy tacos, two Al pastor tacos, and a chicken milenesa sandwich to go. We waited about 20 minutes, which wasn’t bad and we had a great conversation with the owners. After getting home, everything looked pretty good. It was apparent that things have cooled down and gotten a little soft. I think if we were to eat it on site, this would be a non issue. The birria meat and consume needed a little salt, and a little more meat in the tacos with a little less cheese. But they cooked the meat perfectly. Al pastor was ok, puffy tacos were something that needed to be eaten there for sure. But I really enjoyed the texture and flavor. The green chili was the best. Definitely need to pair that with the puffy tacos. Chicken sandwich was good, heavy on the spread they put on the bread. For some reason I thought that it came with tomatoes, and I think it would have been better with them. Overall it was good food, I think it could deal with some tweaks. But I would go back again for sure when I get the urge again. The customer service is too notch, and it’s worth going to back just to support local. Thank for dinner tonight! We appreciate it!"

"Had the birria nachos on a weekday night. They got to my order right away. The birria itself was nice, but everything else tasted quite generic: canned jalapenos were was didn't make it for me and the chips were quite bland. Not much flavor if it wasn't for the birria. Probably would not try it again."

"First off, Alex gave a 10/10 customer experience. In the time I was there he addressed almost every new customer that showed up by name! Remembered who they were and what they ordered! Told me all about their story and how everything is literally made fresh to order! The bread and chips are made from hand! They make a specific amount and once it’s gone, it’s gone. They risk the loss of business just to guarantee the quality of product they put out! I got the puffy tacos, quesadillas, and birria tacos. The puffy tacos were PACKED with flavor. Different tacos than I’ve ever experienced. The quesadilla is fried and filled with meat and tons of flavor. Now, the star of the show…the birria. We have made it our mission to find the best birria in Vegas. Most of the time the cheese to meat ratio is way off. Typically way too much cheese and thick cheese at that. A lot of times I find that the birria tacos are soggy, filled with too much oil/consume, and just off. These however, BOMB. Perfect ratio of meat and cheese. Crunchy. Packed with flavor. The consume is fire. Definitely the best birria I’ve had in my life. Family owned, locally owned, business. They offer all you can eat of any item for $23. You can mix and match and try everything. Super competitively priced. $3-$3.50 for a good sized, flavor packed, taco. Can’t recommend them enough! AND I got it to go. I’m sure it would be even better fresh at their location!"
