"Super great food! My only complaint is the portions were small. It's fairly expensive, just like you'd expect along the strip, but I was surprised with how little food we got. Still, it was good, the environment was cool, and the tortilla chips were pink. They were also super accommodating of our last minute and large group. I'd recommend!"

"We came here for lunch around 11:30 on 3/13. We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated. The servers were very kind and helpful and took very good care of us. The chips and salsa were outstanding, but the table side guacamole was over the top delicious. The drinks were also superb. My wife got the blood orange spritzer, which was tangy and refreshing, and I got the guava colada, which was rich, but not too sweet, with hints of gorgeous cinnamon. It was an amazing drink. Then my wife got the Baja tacos, which were yummy with crispy battered fish and fresh pico de gallo. And I got the mushroom enchiladas, with the red sauce that was out of this world with deep umami flavors. The Mexican rice was also perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned. This place has amazing food and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and we had a good time!"

"This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever had. The food is immaculate. The service was kind of slow but our server Miguel was extremely friendly! They also unfortunately forgot our birthday dessert but we were honestly too full anyway. The menu is impressive with its dietary specific options. It shows gluten free and vegetarian options!"

"Went to this restaurant last week, one of the latest addition to the strip. This restaurant is a delightful escape into a world of Mexican culture and cuisine. The moment we stepped inside, I noticed the original pink decor, with authentic Mexican murals and captivating wall art, setting the stage for a lovely experience. The menu offers an array of dishes with the typical Mexican flare. We were there for lunch, ordered the table side guacamole, which they build in front of you, the lobster mini taquitos appetizers, and some soft tacos. It was all really good. The service was great, with staff members who were very friendly, and attentive ensuring our experience was enjoyable. We also ordered the guava and mango margaritas—they were great!. Each sip a perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and refreshing. Rosa Mexicano is pretty, a perfect place to enjoy some good Mexican food and delight yourself with the decor, the prices are moderate to high (normal strip prices) but overall a very nice experience."
