"I ordered some deity highside bars on Sunday because i was told they would arrive Monday. This business was closed Tuesday. They didn’t arrive Monday so i asked to cancel. They then told me, for the first time, i cant cancel this purchase since it’s a special order. Only posting a review since this the second bizarre experience I’ve had with this vendor. Go to Sierra Cyclesmith or Blackrock Bikes instead, nothing but great experiences with those shops."

"I waffle on this place. Asked to get wheel bearings installed; they installed them too tight and they were binding. Asked to have wheel trued but they never called me back; when I called, they claimed they trued it and I could pick them up - wheels were just as out of true as when I brought them in. Bought bar tape; found the bar tape box was taped up and bar end plugs Lizard Skins provides were missing. On multiple occasions stood at the register with my items on the counter ready to buy, while the older guy running the front of the store ignored me (and the store had no other customers!). This is my second edit of this review and I'm sticking with 1 star this time."

"I had an amazing mountain bike purchase experience at High Sierra Cycling today. From discussing how much the military meant to both myself and the owner Mike. With our ability to have more world/ life perspective for the rest of our lives from that point forward. To making sure I was being set up with the right bike for the type of riding I’d be doing most for my age, skill, and desire level. To the massive importance of world history self reflection or the lack thereof in today’s society. I highly recommend going to see Mike, his son Dolan and his highly engaged team for any bike needs.
