"Everything was good and I am glad I got new inserts, mine were broken down from wearing everyday for around a couple of years or more. The only thing that bothered me was I didn't feel like I had the salesmen complete attention, because when I was talking he kept looking at the sales counter. Maybe something else. I just like your full attention when I am telling you about my foot problem. He was a nice guy and told me about the footwear, I just didn't feel he heard what I was saying. Maybe it is just me.
