"We were on a ride last weekend when my buddy had a rear tire plug fail between Emerald Bay and Tahoma. Not a big deal, but his tire was starting to get low pretty fast, and we were still a good 15 miles from Tahoe City where the next gas station was. We got lucky as we pulled into Tahoma as West Shore Sports was open on a Sunday, so we asked the guy in the shop if they had compressed air. He quickly grabbed an air hose and lit up his compressor for us, and filled the rear tire back to full, which got us to Tahoe City where we could get the bike loaded up and fixed when we got home. Just wanted to thank West Shore Sports for their excellent customer service, and willingness to help us out at the drop of a hat. You guys are awesome!"
