"They never answer their store phone number and their online shipping is horrible. Unorganized and everything is ALWAYS backordered and takes MONTHS to arrive all year around. 2/14/24 UPDATE: you respond with the same answer to everyone but yet fail to still pick up your phones? why have a phone listed if it just goes straight to a weeks old voicemail? How unprofessional."

"The person in store was friendly, but in no hurry to help people get in and out of the store. I was there for almost an hour and only needed a skirt. Our previous order took 5 months for all the items to finally arrive. Our school has a contract with them. If I had another option, I would shop elsewhere."

"Orders take an extremely long time to come in. Items are constantly back ordered. I have had multiple experiences of receiving apology emails for the long delays only to realize after logging into my account that the order has actually been cancelled. It is marked as fulfilled without the items being sent. No one has notified me of this or given me a refund. There is no way to contact the company except via email, which is annoying. I will say that the clothing is good quality, when and if you ever receive it. My one and only disappointment with my son’s school is that they have chosen this company to use for their uniforms. If you have any other options for school uniforms, I highly suggest you use the other option."

"***UPDATE*** It's been over 2 months and all Dennis Uniform has are excuses. We are stuck with using them as our sole uniform provider. They offered to 'cancel' my order. So I can what? Order again and keep waiting? We have no other 'authorized' seller to go to. I actually ordered a second round of the same shirts, figured maybe my first got 'lost in the system'. It's been 3 weeks on that order. They actually siad my first order (over 2 months ago) is on backorder and my order 3 weeks ago should ship in a couple of more weeks (so over a month for that order). How does a company so irresponsible stay in business? So far they've gotten over $120 from my family and provided no products. Makes you wonder how many other families are being strung along too. ************************************************ Ordered my kids school shirts weeks ago. Only ordered items they had listed as in stock even though we wanted other colors, I didn’t order anything that said back order. The order still sits ‘unfulfilled’ online. They had no problem taking my money immediately but have failed to deliver products listed in stock. The local store is closed three days of the week, doesn’t answer the phone when they are opened, and as others have said, the 800 number and chat are a joke too. My kid is stuck wearing undersized shirts because Dennis Uniform again is the only ‘authorized vendor’ and the school makes little to no exceptions for the failure of their chosen vendor. I will definitely advocate for a non-exclusivity contract or more reliable vendor for the future. Our previous vendor was much more reliable and less expensive. We haven’t gotten a good deal by switching to Dennis Uniform."

"This place had me half the year waiting with out my kids uniform’s and by the time it arrived half the school year later didn’t fit, went back to the Dennis uniform store and told me that they can’t except the uniform because that was discontinued and I had to call corporate, we get 90 days to return and they take 6 months to send out uniforms and at the end of the day it don’t fit I have the proof on the pictures of the invoice what a waste of money."
